Shipping policy

O My Goodness ONLY PROVIDES UK DELIVERY at the moment. All delivery costs are included in the product price. ALL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED VIA ROYAL MAIL.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. Your dispatch email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your order. 

Processing time can take between 1-10 working days and delivery takes between 1-3 days.

BIODEGRADABLE DELIVERY:

WE NOW OFFER ONE USE DELIVERIES!!

Delivery time will still take between 1-3 days as normal. However, unlike our reuse delivery option ALL the packaging you receive will be disposable & BIODEGRADABLE. Meaning we won’t be expecting our packaging back from you to reuse. ALL packaging should be put into your nearest compost bin when your ready to dispose. 

REUSE DELIVERY: 
As part of our reuse and refill system, each order will contain a prepaid return postage label. Therefore, making it possible for you to return all our packaging in order for us to clean and reuse. The packaging that you will receive that MUST be returned and put inside the postal bag are: the OMG lunch bag and the return help card.

You will have up to 4 days once you have received your order to return packaging by dropping it off at your local post office or post box. 

We offer free UK delivery but we do charge an amount of £7.50 for delivery at checkout which is refunded once we have received all packaging back from you. This charge of £7.50 is the total cost of the packaging we wish to be returned. 

If we fail to receive a return from you with the listed items inside, you will NOT be refunded this charge.
